About
My name is Leslie Robbins, and I have spent many decades as an executive administrative assistant, helping others meet their professional goals and be as successful in their position as they possible could. I’ve decided to become a Certified Wellness and Nutritional Coach as I approach a pivotal transition in my life. I started my own wellness journey a few years ago and thought, “I can help people with this!” It’s been my life’s passion to help others, and I am thrilled to start this journey with you.
I received my certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am a certified Wellness Coach (#1241297030) as well as Nutritional Coach (#1241338905).
My hope is to primarily work with adult women and help them achieve an overall healthy body, a body that is more defined, stronger, and confident. As someone with a female body, I have a unique understanding of what happens to bodies throughout the various stages of life; aging, pregnancies, menopause, you name it!
When I am not helping or coaching others, I enjoy ballroom dancing, gardening, relaxing at the beach, traveling, and spending time with my family.
