Ingredients
1 whole or half bone-in turkey breast, or boneless
HERBED BUTTER:
1/2 cup butter, softened
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
1-1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
½ teaspoon fresh sage, chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
Make the seasoned butter by mixing all the ingredients together.
Rub the butter under the skin of the turkey breast coating the whole breast.
Place your turkey in a roasting pan with 2 cups of water and 2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon.
Roast the turkey and baste occasionally until it reaches the correct internal temperature (165 Degrees),
remove it.
Let it rest and serve it with your favorite gravy.
